Professional Fees

The fees for providing these services are as follows: Privacy Policy: Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the party wishing services is used solely for the purpose of completing the service request. Retainer: A retainer of $1,500 will be expected upon return of the signed contract; this is non-refundable regardless of circumstances. The remainder of the balance is due prior to the completion of the written report and/or court appearance.

Adult: $1,200 per evaluation (additional fees may apply). Child: $1,000 per evaluation (additional fees may apply).

If a test instrument (ie, MMPI-2) is administered as part of the evaluation process, there will be an additional $50 fee applied per test.

Expert Testimony (local): $175 per hour (4-hour minimum to be paid in advance). Expert Testimony (non-local): $1,800 per day plus all expenses; Travel expenses (airfare, hotel, meals) must be paid for by hiring party and in advance of travel. Deposition: $200.00 per hour (2-hour minimum to be paid in advance). Hourly rates ($150 per hour) includes but are not limited to:

Initial Case Consultation (No charge for first ½ hour; then based on 30-minute blocks) Review of documents Consultation with attorney or referring source (based on 30-minute blocks) Written reports (1-hour Minimum) Telephone, email and face to face communications (based on 30-minute blocks) Collateral contacts (1-hour Minimumu) DUI/Substance Abuse/Domestic Violence/Anger Evaluations (2-hour Minimum) Fitness for Surgery Assessment (2-hour Minimum)

Reduced Fee: Services are available for a reduced-fee on a limited basis.

Payment accepted through state and federal funding, court order, contract, money order, cashier's check, cash via Western Union, or credit card.
