Dr. Robin E. Dock, LPC, CRC, CFMHE |
Dr. Robin E. Dock is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (LPC), a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a nationally Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE). Dr. Dock has extensive knowledge of forensic evaluations and effective case presentation in court. She has been qualified in court as an expert witness in mental health, child development, child custody, adult psychopathology, disabilities, forensic rehabilitation, and family development. |
Dr. Robin E. Dock completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Georgia in 1997, with an emphasis in child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapy, family therapy, psycho-educational evaluations, rehabilitation counseling, and families of African descent. Dr. Dock is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and Disability Services Counselor at Morehouse College in the Counseling Resource Center. She is also a vendor with the Georgia Department of Labor, Division of Rehabilitation Services for Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations and Profiles. Prior work experience includes 9 years as an Assistant Professor at Georgia State University in the Department of Counseling & Psychological Services; 15 years in public schools which included teacher of the Deaf/HH, Deaf/HH Program Director, and Psychological Services Provider for students who are Deaf/HH, Deaf-Blind, and Communication Impaired; 5 years as Psychological Services Provider at a Children's Hospital, Mental Health & Deafness Clinic, a Diversion Program for delinquent youth, Assessment & Intervention provider at a center for ADHD diagnosis and treatment, and Learning Support for Special Needs students.
