Perkins Forensic Mental Health LLC is a leader in providing the legal community, insurance
industry, employers and certain segments of the general public with forensic rehabilitation
services (expert testimony: labor market, disability, and earnings analysis), vocational
rehabilitation, and an evaluation of catastrophic injury cases including traumatic brain
injury and spinal cord injury. These evaluations include development of Life Care Plans
and assessment of lost wages and lost earning capacity. By conducting a thorough
evaluation of medical issues including record reviews and, when appropriate, personal
interviews with injured parties, our experts can summarize information and give
recommendations as to continuing needs, severity of injuries, physician specialists, long
range prognosis, lost wages and future earning capacity.

When providing forensic evaluations, the primary obligation of Perkins Forensic Mental
Health LLC will be to produce objective findings that can be substantiated based on
information and techniques appropriate to the evaluation, which may include examination
of the individual with a disability and/or review of records. We have an outstanding
